Review Time
Got three dress the quality is horrible. So many loose threads. They were expensive as well! If I pay $65 plus for a dress it shouldn't be so cheaply made. Now I tried to return them and the website" isn't working" I don't by it. Never will buy from them again.
I’ve always been a loyal Showpo customer. However, recently, an express shipping order was promised to be delivered no later than a date. Now, 10 business days later, I’ve yet to receive my order. Upon using the chat customer service and speaking to customer service rep Andrea, she was not empathetic of the situation. I asked if I could get a refund due to Showpo not honoring the delivery. She merely kept saying I would have to return the items. But the problem is I have never received the items! And now, I have been inconvenienced to wait for the items to arrive (who knows when), contact Showpo again to get a refund processed, prepare the items with the return label, go to a local post office to drop off the items, wait for Showpo to receive the items, and wait for Showpo to process the refund BEFORE i can get my money back. I won’t be shopping here anymore due to this. I’m very disappointed in the service.
If you live on the US, it can be a pain for shipment/ returns. 1st Encounter) It was stated I was going to get it on a specific day, and did not receive it in the mail until 3 weeks later. I had to speak to their Chat customer service(since they don’t do phone customer service) to see if it got lost in the mail or anything. 2nd Encounter) I decided to give them another go expecting it to delay. It came on time, but the quality of one item was not what I paid for, and the second item did not look like the picture online. I decided to return them both and was able to go through the process until it came time to see how I would like to pay for shipping. I decided to go through PayPal, but received an error. When I tried to do it all over again, Showpo’s website stated I was not eligible for any returns at this time when I received the items a day ago. The following morning I tried to get help through Chat support around 10AM, no one was available. I got someone around 1pm, and told her what happened and said the reason it showed it wasn’t eligible is because I used Apple Pay for my payment. Long story short, it’s such a hassle to get their items, return anything or try to get some help for such a small issue. I give them a two star since I liked the clothes from my first order. Other than that, they’re overpriced and could definitely get better quality clothing from ASOS, or Nastygal.
Ordered a pair of shoes from Alias Mae, an Australian brand not easily found in Canada. Shipping took slightly longer than expected (about a week late). Paid $20 duties on a $170 purchase. I’ve been hit with worse and boy was it was well worth it! I LOVE the product! Customer service was great - they helped me out when I was struggling to figure out how to apply the student discount. I would order from them again, especially for brands that are hard to find in Canada.
I got notified my dress wasn’t in stock a few days after ordering ... but no biggy! I got 20% off my next order, and my new dress shipped the morning after order! Not the first time ordering clothes from Showpo...I can always rely on the fact, they have great quality clothes!
Cute dresses but once I got a white bodysuit that was final sale and when it arrived it was so see through you could see the tag and it was unwearable. It was on sale but no one was able to help me and they just gave me excuses when I voiced my concerns.
Please don't order from here. They mislead you, your item doesn't arrive when it's supposed to and when you complain they say wait another day whilst we investigate and they still dont get back to you. You have to keep chasing them. And when you ask for a refund and cancel the order as its not even left the warehouse yet (4 days after the supposed arrival date) they say no wait while we investigate. Its not my problem. I want a refund for an item I never recieved and its not even left your warehouse. Ridiculous. Please AVOID! I should've listened to the bad reviews. I wouldn't be £37 out of pocket.
