Delivered eventually, though after some delay. I requested an independent third-party testing report on October 28th, as this is a new company and I tend to be cautious, but I still haven’t received a response. The outer packaging when delivered also raised concerns, as it looked like it could have been produced in China. I’m happy to update my review once these concerns are addressed and I’m proven wrong.
You find out how good the customer service is when something goes wrong. The package wasn't delivered when the delivery company said it was. They resent the order and got it very quickly. Thank you for sorting. Also, I think the product is helpful with my neurodivergent child and would recommend giving it go to anyone wondering.
Buyers beware!So many red flags surrounding this company - where to even begin. They block customers across their social media when questioning their legitimacy. So if you are seeing lots of positive comments and no negative - this is why!Silencing customers is never a good look. I never received my order from them and had to go via my bank to get a refund. The tracking provided seemed fake. The experts on their website who supposedly created this product are all AI images. Their names are not found on any medical database I can find. Their phone number provided on their website is not a real number. I was promised a free tub as an apology and then they just said I could get a discount on my next order instead. No thanks. Tbh after researching and speaking with peers who work in the health & wellness industry , I would absolutely not give any child these gummies. Who knows where they come from, who created them or what’s actually in them.The list goes on. Beware.
My children have been taking these for a couple of months now . They love the taste and actually ask for them in the morning . My child with ASD has had reduced sensory overload and hardly any meltdowns . My other child is getting comments from his teacher like “phenomenal behaviour and work in class today “ , star of the lesson , star of the week . Give them a go , you won’t be disappointed.
My daughter as been on these for less then a week and there has been a vast improvement in overall mood and emotional regulation. Company were great to respond when I chased the order and resolved the issue within the day. Very impressed
I ordered these on October 16th. It is now November 3rd. I was told that my order was lost in transit. I spent many days emailing this company back-and-forth. At this time. They say they are going to refund my money, but that has not happened yet. If they were a reputable company, they would send me a free bottle by express shipping. Anything to keep customers happy is what you do when you're on a business. I am very disappointed because I was hoping they would help my ADHD grandson.
I placed an order for this product on 4th October and yet to receive it! Despite contacting customer service on several occasions, they are asking to me wait for the delivery before I can apply for a refund - blaming the courier which isn't my problem, a reputable business takes accountability and supports the customers request - a refund for an item I have never received!. Who knows if I will ever receive the item or a refund however just wanted to share my poor experience for other customers to consider if using this company!
