I made 2 mistakes when placing my order that I didn't realise till after the order was placed and paid for. I emailed explaining my mistake (wrong age bracket) and could they possibly change it for me. A lovely lady named Melissa got in touch and rectified MY mistake without hesitation, she also informed me that I hadn't put the number of my address on the order. 🤦🏻♀️ again this was rectified. 10/10 customer service for me.
So glad I found these. I was sceptical at first, as always with new brand, researched and thought I’d give them a go for my 8yr old daughter with ADHD.She loves them. A great taste and like a jelly sweet. She’s fussy on texture and flavour, and after trying other mushroom gummies and vitamins on top, was glad to have one all combined and easy to take. We try to eat natural only without sugar, and very happy with the ingredients on these. After just over a month of taking she has really improved. She is settled, less fidgety, more focused and overall more emotionally stable. I’m looking forward to the adult version coming out for me. Thank you and continue the great work, I’m a bulk buy customer now.
My daughter has recently been diagnosed with ADHD, I came across an ad for Shroom IQ liked what I saw & thought I’d give it a go! Prior to taking them my daughter suffered with winding down & going to bed. We are about 3 weeks in and already I notice a difference in her mood & she is finally going to bed at a reasonable time & getting a good night sleep. Definitely a thumbs up from me. My six year old started taking these about 3 weeks ago. He's gone from arguing and refusing many daily activities and being generally contrary and full of rage, to being calm and content in himself. It's honestly a strange experience not feeling like I'm treading on eggshells all the time. He's still the same quirky boy that I love, just without the bucket loads of negativity and anger. He's also had such a smooth return to school, when previously there would be tears and shouting every morning. I'm genuinely blown away at the changes in him since he started taking them.
Great product, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an order of a few pots that has been stuck in a depot for over a month now, and after consistently trying the phone number that doesn't work (UK based as shown on website,) and multiple emails (apparently answered within 48 hours) I have no response whatsoever for over 2 weeks now. My child has run out of product, so I have bought each individual supplement ingredients from elsewhere.I thought that writing on here might prompt you to at least honour a refund or resend of my original order, and indeed invest in a proper customer support unit, unless I sense you are not based in the UK at all as you claim.,,***UPDATE to your response below*** - I am afraid you are muddling my order with somebody else. My order was placed on the 8th Sept, not the 5th like you claim, and I have had no communication from you whatsoever since a shipping update stating it has been stuck in a depot. (and yes, I have checked my JunkMail) And I have certainly received no refund!Considering you don't have my order number from this review, I can only assume that your marketing team is making this up to seem like I am a tricky customer.But I am pleased I finally have a response from you, and I shall be copying this conversation in another email to see if I actually get a proper response to sort this order out once and for all.**My emails apparently got lost in the system - phone number non existent though, but finally someone has reached out and re sent my order. Evidence suggests this is not a company based in the UK like stated. Items shipped into UK from China, and then posted from the UK. Moved up to 2 star from 1.
You are lying to your customers. You claim these are manufactured in the UK but after a simple search on some Chinese websites I curiously found a manufacturer who makes gummies with OEM labels. Their stock label is almost identical to yours even down to some of the wording and the green mushroom logos. False advertising at the very least.To add to this, if as you say your product is made in the UK why would several reviewers mention that their order was sent from China? Surely you don't ship to China and then back again? Also it seems odd that you work from a virtual office address that also has hundreds of other companies registered at it. Me thinks you are trying to pull the wool over unsuspecting customers.
My daughter has been like a new child since shes been on them . It’s taken about 1.5 months before a noticeable change, but I’ve purchased 5 so far and would highly recommend thank for this pot of gold ! My daughter is much happier and calmer with her ADHD
