I am writing this as a final attempt to get a response regarding my subscription cancellation. Despite multiple attempts to cancel through the "system," there is no functional way to do so, which is a massive red flag for any SaaS provider.
It has become apparent that this service is essentially a backend forwarding function to AliExpress. While they charge a subscription fee, they are simply acting as a middleman for commissions. If you are looking for a proprietary logistics solution, be aware that this is just automated dropshipping that you could likely manage yourself for free.
I have noted that the ownership of this LTD is highly opaque with minimal public footprint. To the owner: I am a verified user, and I am closely monitoring my bank statements. If I am charged again after this public notice, I will not only initiate a formal chargeback through my bank for "services not as described" and "unauthorized billing," but I will also leverage my social media network and influencer contacts to ensure this experience goes viral.
I require: Immediate confirmation of my cancellation and an assurance that my card details have been purged from your system.
Don't ignore this. Do the right thing and provide the refund/cancellation option your users deserve.
Dear Tradelle.io Support,This is a formal request to cancel my subscription and all associated services effective immediately. We have experienced repeated issues with orders not being shipped, which has fundamentally disrupted our business. Furthermore, it has become clear that your backend functions primarily as a forwarding service to AliExpress, acting as a middleman for commissions rather than providing the proprietary logistics expected. We strongly advise that you update your service descriptions to reflect this reality and implement a functional, easy-to-use refund/cancellation toggle within the user dashboard. Please be advised that I have a significant social media presence and access to a network of influencers. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to share my experience across all social platforms to ensure other entrepreneurs are aware of these operational hurdles. We require the following within 24 hours:Immediate cancellation of the subscription.Written confirmation that the account is closed.A formal assurance that no further charges will be applied to our payment method. If I do not receive confirmation within this timeframe and billing continues, I will immediately escalate this as a formal dispute (chargeback) with my bank and pursue further action through consumer protection channels.I look forward to your prompt confirmation.

I decided to test out Tradelle after seeing them featured in a webinar. Initially I didn't like Shopify, cancelled my Tradelee sub too and asked for a refund, which was granted instantly. Two months later I switched from Woo Commerce back to Shopify and signed up for Tradelle again. I thought it was only supplier and only later realized how awesome their research tools are too. You can literally browse live what other Shopify stores are doing and how much they're making. Very happy with everything, definitely recommend.
I'm a customer since 2023 and I wanted to take the time to give an honest review of Tradelle. I started out with dozens of one-product stores and was able to connect them all to Tradelle at no extra cost. AutoDS, the app I used before, charged extra for every single store you connect, and on top of that the monthly fees increase with your order volume (ughh). That's not the case with Tradelle, I was able to connect more than 20 stores to one account and get started right away. There were some order processing delays for the first few orders, but it got much better over time. They did a really good job when it came to bringing the delivery time down. Customers are happy, and I'm happy.Unfortunately they don't offer full-on branding or POD yet, which is unfortunate as most of my orders these days come from branded stores I own. I use Tradelle mainly for product testing or when I launch a brand-new product in a different niche. I would say roughly 25% of my orders go through them and customers complain the least when they're the ones that ship it.For anyone starting out dropshipping or ecommerce, they're by far the best and most inexpensive supplier I could find. Whenever there was something off with an order, they took care of it really quickly. To the team, I really really hope you can make branding finally happen. Would gladly pay more for that ;)
Love the simplicity. Great for beginners and great product prices as well. I‘m using them for roughly 2 months now. Orders get fulfilled quickly and pretty much no customers complaints so far 👍👍👍 Love the products you guys have!
I‘m using them since 2023 and was able to scale multiple brands thanks to their help. Their shipping times as well as their prices are significantly better than AliExpress or CJ. Their support is responsive as well, I wish they would offer phone support, but apart from that. I have nothing to complain about. I mostly target the US, Canada and Australia. Issues with orders were quickly resolved.
After reading some people complain here about Tradelle, I just really have to share my own experience as someone who's been using it for years.1. Tradelle is an extremely reliable and transparent supplier. If they can't deliver item X to country Y, no one else can. It usually has regulatory reasons.2. Any time there were logistical issues (about 1% of all my sales) with fulfillment, I received a refund immediately. 3. Literally the ONLY serious dropshipping solution on the market. All-in-one actually means all in one. One subscription payment, everything included. Doesn't try to upsell you basic functions or some get-rich-quick programs. No promises to "get you out of debt", "retire your mom", or any of the other Lambo-Rolex scam trash you encounter in the dropshipping space. Just a solution that works very well for those taking e-commerce seriously. 4. Tradelle is pretty much the JungleScout of Shopify. It's a very elaborate, accurate, and professional research tool.5. So far, they listened to my feedback every single time, even invited me to their internal meetings twice to explain my suggestions to their specialized teams. There are certainly areas where Tradelle as a single supplier isn't enough, such as automated fulfillment in WooCommerce, complex branding or print on demand, but even there the support is transparent and openly suggests their own competitors that cover these niche use cases.I hope this review helps some of you and wholeheartedly recommend Tradelle to anyone building a strong and sustainable dropshipping business.
WARNING to anyone considering Tradelle:They do not inform you upfront, before you pay them any money, whether their products can actually be shipped to certain countries. I had to learn this the hard way.I paid $70 for Tradelle to design a Shopify store and another $45 for their monthly subscription. After that, a customer purchased items from my store, only to discover after the orders were placed that the products cannot be shipped to Australia.Tradelle never warned me about this at any stage. The only reason I even found out was because I followed up with them asking for a tracking number after a long delay. That’s when they finally told me the products were never sent and would not be sent at all, even though Tradelle had sent an email to the customer advising the product had been shipped. So I’m now out over $100, and the first two products my customers ordered weren’t even eligible for delivery to my country. This is extremely disappointing and feels very misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before signing up. I ended up cancelling Tradelle within the first month, as there was no guarantee that any products could be sent as they don't tell you up front.
