I bought a mug from them, it doesn’t look as good as the picture. My problem is I paid extra to purchase a mug made in The USA and received a mug made in china. Their customer service is horrendous!!!They blab on about sometimes using items made in other countries, but won’t acknowledge or do anything about sending me the wrong mug! Horrible company Do not buy from them!!
UPDATE:ALL IS WELL , I RECEIVED A TEXT, THEN I RECIEVED MY PURCHASE.I ordered a personalized Mickey and Minnie Quilt King size I cannot find any information on it whatsoever other than they took my money I will contact the FBI's criminal fraud department immediately
I ordered a Grinch mug that was supposed to be personalized. I received a blank mug!! I’ve been trying to go through customer service with emails but have yet to get a response. Horrible customer service!!Update: I finally heard from customer service after posting this review. They did make the order right. But considering all the trouble I had to go through, I’m not ordering from them again.

I CONTACT THEM AS SOON AS I GOT MY ORDER, SENT ORDER NUMBER AND PICTURES AS THEY REQUESTED AND HERE WE ARE THREE WEEKS LATER AND NOBODY RESPONDED TO ME. AND THE PHONE NUMBER THEY HAVE ON THE WEBSITE IS TOTALLY USELESS. I ordered a 30 oz. tumbler for my granddaughter. It is a Disney Haunted Mansion themed tumbler personalized with her name. It arrived with a dent in the base, which looks awful, and the dent caused a bump on the bottom of the tumbler so that it does not sit level. It rocks back and forth. I have reached out to their Support Department several times with no response! I am not happy!!!Update:I was contacted today by the Silverybrand Support Department and I received an apology for the problems I was having concerning my order as outlined above. They are graciously replacing my damaged tumbler. I am very thankful to have had that communication from them!
Not as advertised. The mug was for father's day, it was a Bluey themed mug. In the pictures on the website the mug was indented in certain spots, so it would have been tactile, which you could see in pictures. When the item arrived it was printed, so flat with no indents, not as displayed on their website.
I too was expecting an indented mug but received one that was printed instead. They have conveniently removed the product page of the mug from their website. I suspect they targeted a lot of Australians with their ads on instagram and Facebook. Very disappointing as it was for a Fathers Day gift and was not worth the $50 I spent on it.
Terrible product. Sadly expected more and received overpriced poor quality junk. Delivery was terribly slow (25+days) and rather than the indented personalised mug for Father's Day, received a junky mug with a poorly printed wrap image, all stretched out and pixelated.
