So I ordered a Disney personalized…

I ordered a Disney-personalized Minnie Mouse desk stand that resembled a figurine. However, when it arrived, I was surprised to find that it was a printed picture on a thick plexiglass instead. Although I had expected a figurine, I must admit that it is adorable, albeit a bit overpriced for the quality.

I would give ZERO stars if I I could

I would give ZERO stars if I could. After multiple attempts via email (and trying that scam phone number where no one answers the phone EVER) I received an email at first stating I contact the carrier for status as they showed my item was delivered (this was early Nov). The “carrier” was USPS! Other than stating it was delivered, they have no proof of tracking. We never received the package. Then their last resolution was to give me $8 refund since there were “security issues” in my area and they had to deduct production costs first. I spent over $30 and that is all they are offering me?! For NOT receiving the item I paid for!! I get 100’s of packages annually with NO issues. Bottom line? I never received my order for Christmas. Buyer beware!!

I needed to cancel order #SIB-211285560 right after I made it due to the wrong payment method, so I contacted all numbers/emails/request form but didn't receive responses.I want to make sure it's canceled as I requested it right after made an order within 2 hours before order modification windows closed. Thought I was buying a large blanket…

Thought I was buying a large blanket like the one they advertised online. Went to the website, which isn’t easy to understand. Placed my order & a baby sized blanket came to my house. Then I asked them how much it would be to get another one & they said full price, no discount, & it wouldn’t arrive by Christmas. What a trash company with even worse customer service. Who orders a baby blanket when you advertise a huge one online?

False advertisement and cheaply make products

I purchased a stitch quilt and hoodie — both are shown with a very unique, puffy, 3d effect — like an actual quilt with more stuffing in the non- character areas of the quilt — a very cool effect.The actual ‘quilt’ is nothing more than a piece of fleece stained with the pattern shown. There is nothing unique about this blanket.Don’t expect the items you receive to remotely match what is pictured. This is false advertisement at its finest.

Whrost of EVER!!!Order about 200$ of items 4 weeks ago. They gave me a Purolator tracking number but still not valid.I’m trying to contact them since 4 days. NO RESPOND.

3 weeks and still nothing

I ordered a jacket for my wife's birthday, which was 3 days ago. Estimated delivery before purchase put it here with plenty of time to spare, but here it is 3 weeks in and 3 days too late and no product, no response to email, and update on tracking since November 24th, which was just "its on its way". If anyone cares to fix this, it's order number SIB-211268805

I ordered a coffee mug late at night…

I ordered a coffee mug late at night and the very next morning i emailed them about changing something minor. I did not hear from them for 3 days and then they tell me that the order shipped. If they woukd actually check emails and answer phone calls, this could have been easily fixed. Dont give these people your money

I placed an order for a customized tumbler. I haven’t received an email notification confirming my order, no one responds to emails or phone calls, but you all made sure to take my damn money. I’d like my money back please because this is ridiculous customer service.
