Buying my sunglasses was easy-done all via email. But they sure are expensive. I am all for capitalism but I felt like I was really taken advantage of on the price. Next time I buy glasses, I will not buy the kind that need this type of sunglasses just because of their expense. And they don't fit the glasses as well as the original ones that came with the glasses. I'm not sure why but they don't.
I have never bought glasses on line before. I was very leary about doing so, but I took a chance. I am very pleased with my new glasses. I got the frame I wanted and the lenses are just what the doctor ordered. Thank you, Simply Glasses. I will definitely shop with you again.
I ordered a pair of prescription Versace glasses from their website a few months ago. The lenses were made and glasses were shipped within a very reasonable time frame. Fast forward to about two weeks ago -- I noticed that one of my lenses was sticking out a bit from the frame. I contacted the company and they responded promptly. Linda and Tracey answered any questions I had and I shipped the glasses out a few days later. They received my glasses on Monday, and Cindy called me the following day to explain my options (turns out that due to my prescription, I needed an upgrade to the lenses).

The service was great, the lenses were per the prescription, and the eyeglasses arrived in a timely manner. However, the lens shape was not quite what I expected from what was shown on the website. Also, the order included scratch resistant lenses. I have been wearing glasses for more than 55 years, and have not seen lenses scratch this easily. So I'm not sure whether this is an issue with the Kodak high index lens, or simply a general quality issue.
I really appreciate being able to find the frames I am looking for, and being able to purchase them without being up sold for features I feel unnecessary.
I am particular about what I am looking for, however too many Optical Outlets overstock the generics and under stock unique frames.
I was searching for new eyeglasses this spring and came upon this website. I already knew the name and style number of my frames and had my prescription ready. What I didn't have ready was my debit card. That didn't matter. The lovely woman I talked to took my order anyways and gave me the final price along with her name and personal extension so I could call back later to pay.
