I have purchased 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter through this site. The first time my order included a prescription that was filled correctly. I was very happy with the lenses. The second pair of glasses I ordered needed to be exchanged for a different size. Their customer service was excellent and very quick to respond via email to my request. Will definitely use in the future.
After decades of wearing non-prescription sunglasses when a lack of clear vision (I have astigmatism) didn't matter, or wearing them on top of my regular frames when it did (driving, e.g.), I decided to bite the bullet and buy a prescription pair once and for all. Outrageous price quotes from local optometrists sent me scurrying online in search of a better deal. I tried several of the popular sites that sell generic frames, but was very disappointed with the styles, so I decided to search for an online store that carried the Bolle Copperhead frame I am accustomed to: This path eventually led me to SimplyEyeglasses.com, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I ordered the brown/polarized style, using the single-vision prescription from my optometrist. What a delight to put on sunglasses that I actually can see clearly with, and at considerably less than half the cost I had expected to pay locally. The online transaction was very straightforward, and the glasses were received within two weeks. I've used them for cycling, tennis, driving, and sunny-day socializing - what a difference they make! Bought 2 frames and one full prescription eyeglasses. Web Page is very intuitive and interestingly easy to navigate and chose the best glasses for my perticualr needs and size. Would definitely recommend this company due to profesionalism, personal atention to service, offers and variety for all budgets. Is probably the best eyeware site in the USA in my opinion.
Read all the reviews for this site prior to DE icing to try it. They checked and the frames I wanted were in stock, so I decided to do it. They told me with frames in stock, I should have the glasses in a week. It was more like 3 weeks with no glasses. Had already left for a wedding on the way to traveling for the summer, and was able to have them ship them to a friends house I had planned on visiting when they were tp arrive. Okay but now I had them and have been wearing them since, and seems like I have been still squinting when trying to read anything, so not sure if they made them the correct strength or what is going on. Been traveling all summer, so didn't bother to contact them, as I had no where for them to send another pair too. Probably out of warranty by now, my luck, but guess it's worth a phone call! Hope others have better luck.
you guys were great. i needed a custom color sense that did not exist. you took all my info and custom tinted my lenses and then sent photos to me to see them before they shipped so i would know it was the color i wanted. offered to continue to change it if it wasn't. So nice. so helpful. the lenses are progressive sunglasses which are perfect. thank you so much. my next order will be yours and the one after that!!!
