Review Time
Ordered my frames (not really trusting that I would get the exact frames I had seen in my hometown hospital's eye wear clinic) but wanted to save $50 so decided to go for it. They came in about 10 days. I wished it would have been quicker, but was just anxious to get my new glasses. It really was a reasonable time and they actually WERE the same as I had seen in my clinic!. Got my glasses made and have had many compliments on them. Love them, and would order from Simply Eyeglasses again with no worries.
When selecting eyeglasses , be sure to double check everything. I have bought eyeglasses two other times and all went great. A lot less expensive that at eye doctor store. It is fast , comes 3-4 days after they finish making the selection you made. About a week total. Transitions work just as described and the prescription was right on.
Would like to commend SimplyEyeglasses and customer service rep Linda Cole for helping me with my latest prescription order. First Linda found me the Persol frames that were not on the website that I was looking for. Then my doctor sent a flawed prescription that we had to redo as the glasses had to be sent back. Linda Cole was very helpful in facilitating this transaction in making sure I was satisfied with the replacement glasses and the service.
Unfortunately many optometrists want to keep you in the dark when it comes to buying eyeglasses. It ensures that they make bigger profits. You have to say, hey what do I know!
The people here want you to understand what you need, what you're getting, and why. You get what you need at a fair price, no bull! You can call with questions wether you buy or not.
I don't think I will ever buy anywhere else.

Purchased pair of glasses at less than half the price. The frames were out of stock so had to wait several weeks, while not an issue for me may be a problem for anyone needing glasses right away. Customer Service was excellent even calling with a reminder to send my prescription. Also, sent a pair of glasses to have new prescription lenses put in. Both glasses are great!
Last year, I made a purchase for one part of my favorite pair of glasses. I was skeptical at first and trusting any site with my sight was not easy. But I sent my best pair of Silohettes as the arm came off the lens and broke and they had the best prices anywhere. Simply eye glasses repaired the arm and sent me back my glasses. They fit perfect and looked brand new; unfortunately somewhere, in the shipping I am thinking, the lenses were scratched at the worst place mid-view point; I contacted them and took pictures and sent them back; THEY REPLACED MY LENSES.
