My fiancé ordered my engagement ring from Molly Jewelry US and it’s beautiful, love the ring. However, it’s too big and my finger turned green immediately. Obviously, super embarrassing situation for a newly engaged couple! We reached out right away and got a response in about a day at first and we were told that we could exchange my ring for essentially the same one but in silver instead of rose gold (gold plated) and also get it resized in the process. After agreeing to this and sending the photos of the current ring, now no one is responding to either of our emails and it’s been many days. I really just want to exchange my ring so I can actually wear it finally!! Help!

My ring didn't even last 6 months

My ring didn't even last 6 months past my wedding. The prong broke off for minor stones in two places. I reached out thinking I could get it repaired or new stones to take to a jeweler or something. Nope they told me it was external damage and not a manufacturing issue (aka my fault not theirs) and that in a "show of goodwill" they would give me 30% off. Uhm my husband spent $400 dollars with them 7 months ago and you want us to spend more money without actually trying to fix anything?How do I know I buy a new ring, the prongs break again and now instead of being out $400 dollars now it's $700? They took forever to answer back in emails and the discount when I gave them money for a solid gold ring that broke 6 months later? No thanks. Rings are pretty but go spend your money somewhere where they actually try and fix your problem, not just essentially blame you then offer you a discount. If I could post pictures here and the email I would. Avoid this place like the plague.

We placed 3 separate orders, and we didn’t have any trouble whit the first two rings, they look amazing and arrived on time; however the third one got lost in the mail. Molly Jewelry made sure we have a replacement for it with no trouble, they were very helpful and kept in touch for any update. Truly a great service. We are very grateful.

Seized for counterfeit postage

First off, I never got a confirmation email (yes I checked my junk inbox), so luckily I had a screenshot of my order number to reference, which was minor because I did eventually get an email about shipping once a label was made. However that’s where the issues really started. USPS put the package on hold for unpaid postage, I reached out to MollyJewelry and they said they resolved it. The hold changed to “moving to next destination” so it seemed all good. Two weeks of no updates from USPS, and they messaged saying they seized the package for counterfeit postage. I’m pretty forgiving of lost packages or postage issues because that’s not the companies fault, but when you’re getting packages seized for counterfeit postage, it reflects really poorly on the company.
