My Timeline :
Nov 11 2025: Applied for Citibank card & met spending criteria.and promised to give me rewards with in 4 weeks by Jan 1.
Jan 1 2026: Original 4-week deadline. NO REWARD.
Dec 19 2025: Promised by end-Jan. NO REWARD.
Jan 30 2026: They admitted their "technical error," confirmed my PayNow was correct, and promised immediate transfer.
Feb 27 2026: After a month of silence, they used the SAME EXCUSE they already apologized for!
Mar 2 2026: Now asking for another 30 working days to investigate.
It has been nearly 4 MONTHS. They likely took the commission from Citibank but refuse to pay the consumer.
Missed the collection of rewards because the email was in spam folder, and contacted Singsaver for help. They were very responsive and helped me get the reward eventually. Really grateful for their kind help!
I applied for a credit card and noticed the reward status was pending longer than expected. I contacted the support team and received a timely response. They asked me to wait a bit longer. Unfortunately, I had to travel for work outside the country for nearly a month and missed the redemption window. Nevertheless, a representative kindly granted me an exemption to redeem the gift. I believe the redemption window is quite limited, as I've heard of others who also missed out despite being eligible.

Overall, I believe the redemption window is too short. I know some friends who were also eligible but missed out on collecting their rewards.
Citibank rewards were approved quickly and efficiently. However, HSBC rewards are still pending, and I've been informed it will take 5 months post card approval. I wouldn't recommend this card to friends if the waiting period is so lengthy. I hope they can enhance the processing time for rewards.
