My project is not a typical project, but the team at siteplan4you worked with me to understand our needs, even when the requests didn't make normal sense. I'm usually very wary of online stuff, but if it gets me a permit, let's go. Also, I knew I was working with a human and not a bot.
I keep coming back to them. Steve and his team is awesome. When I need to adjust something he is always responsive in a timely matter ready and willing to help. If I need more edits they will refer me to a custom hourly pay and quote me before. If you need a site plan give them a try and you will be satisfied.
Despite the convenience and speed, there were errors ex: site survey displayed a pool, our pool was taken up 3 years ago. Suggest customer review before finalizing the file. The four-star rating is attributed to the fact when I informed them the data was incorrect; the company attempted to rectify the issue immediately. Very professional and accommodating. Would definitely use them again, price was very reasonable.
Site Plan 4 You has been incredible to work with! I had multiple changes and they were incredibly fast and helpful through the whole process. I definitely recommend them for site plans as it simplified the process on my side. I will definitely use them again for any future projects.
My county permit division is very very picky and I think I did 9 alterations at Steve had no problem fixing them each time. I feel bad having that many but he did it,no problem, no questions asked with speedy service. I Will use them any time I ever need site plans no question about it. fast, friendly, fantastic service!
