It’s been nearly a month, and the only reply I got was when I asked for an update. Given the high price of these levers, this experience has made me regret my purchase. A fantastic family-run business. I first found them while searching for specific exhausts and discovered a treasure trove of unique products. It's truly a paradise for bike parts. If you're uncertain, don’t hesitate to reach out to them; I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
When I called for information, I was pleasantly surprised not to be brushed off like with other companies. Instead, I spoke with someone who genuinely cared and asked for a picture to ensure I got the right match. Once we confirmed the correct bulb, I placed my order. After receiving it, I installed both bulbs and was amazed at how much brighter my lights were. This service made me very happy. Other places had told me I needed a costly LED kit, but this was a simple plug and play, just as I wanted. Such service is rare these days!
I ordered a race suit and boots, but they were too large, so I'm currently working on an exchange. So far, everything has gone smoothly, but I will update this review if any issues arise during the exchange process. For now, I’m giving it 5 stars!
They didn’t have the red shorty levers I initially wanted, so I opted for the black ones instead. They called me to inform me and prioritized shipping to make up for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated their effort to get my levers to me faster!
I purchased a high-end exhaust and received confirmation of the sale. However, two days later, they informed me they couldn't honor the price due to a website error and wanted to cancel the order. They even blocked my number after our brief call. This is unacceptable for a major company. I will ensure others are aware of this experience.
I never received the item I ordered and have been given vague answers about the delivery status. It's been almost a month, and I’m still left in the dark. This is my second time being told they would escalate it to a manager. I cannot recommend shopping on this platform. I have yet to receive a refund or my item.
I was refunded only half of my purchase price, with the company claiming I had installed the item when I had not. They stated it was damaged during the return process, but I returned it in the original packaging. I strongly advise against doing business with this company due to their poor customer service.
