If I could give zero stars, I would. Truly the WORST experience I've ever had with a business. I ordered a board for my daughter for Christmas back in November 2025. They sent the wrong board. I sent the board BACK to them. They have claimed to have sent me the correct board, but it is now March 2026 and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BOARD I ORDERED. It has been OVER 4 MONTHS since my original purchase, I'm out over $200, my daughter still doesn't have her Christmas gift & they will not refund my money or send me the correct board.
Terrible customer service & whoever responds to emails is the most unprofessional individual. They could not care any less about whether or not I get my board or my money back.

I ordered the carver bloom skateboard (a girly board with flowers on it,) and they sent me a yellow board with a big black zig zag on the bottom. So yes, WRONG board. I sent the board back immediately after you guys sent me a return shipping label. Not my fault you guys sent the wrong board to me in the first place - I didn’t want a different board, I wanted the CORRECT one I ordered. Big difference.
I can provide proof and receipts to all of this.
Obviously I should have kept the wrong one you sent had I known I wouldn’t be receiving another board in its place.
And lastly, you didn’t even give me the option to pay for different shipping! And I even asked about it in email! (Which I can provide proof for as well.) Unreal. You guys won’t respond to my emails, won’t answer your business phone - but you will respond publicly to try and save face.
So now you have my money, have the board I sent back & I daughter still doesn’t have her Christmas gift after 4 months.
They were the only ones that had a vision psycho stick with one left showing in stock so I took a chance, I know they struggle with some reviews, but when I ordered, I got the confirmation email and then a notification two days later that it shippedThe delay that I got was due to UPS and not them as it was in UPS’s hands so because of that experience, I will put them on my map to try again for other skateboard products
I placed an order from a partnering business on the shop app, which quoted free international shipping, and this was clearly indicated on the receipt.5 days later I received unprofessional, terstly worded emails from Skates USA demanding additional payment for shipping. After multiple emails requesting that the free shipping be honoured the order was canceled.Unless you want to experience poor customer service and unexpected additional costs, I strongly recommend any international customers avoid this busines and any of their partners.Edit to respond to the reply from Skates USA, which I've copied below in case they decide to delete their reply: "this scumbag that placed an order with a affiliate site that listed this product with free international shipping which we do not offer. affiliates are advised to let customers know that they will be contacted with shipping costs on any international orders before being shipped. this douchebag keeps emails us that we are required to honor the free shipping doesn't matter if the affiliate forget to note this on their website. its our fault and we should cover the shipping out of our pocket. not happening a refund was sent."This is the level of customer service you should expect. Name calling, an unwillingness to correct an error, and an inability to admit any wrongdoing. My emails, in response to theirs, were clear and respectful: when I place an order with a business, I expect the terms of that order to be honoured. A reasonable expectation, I believe. If there was a problem between Skates USA and their affiliate, they should sort it out between themselves in a professional manner. Clearly they did not.This level of customer service would be funny if it wasn't so sad. International customers (or anybody who might require customer service), you've been warned. See below.
Buckle up for this one. This shouldn’t even be a company and they need to be put out of business. I ordered a pair of skates from the company and when they were delivered, not only were they the wrong product, but they came damaged without an insole in the left skate. I contacted the company in hopes of exchanging and explained my situation. At first, I was polite and understanding until I realized that that was not the way that this company treats their customers. Not only did they not work with me, they told me that I believe the world revolves around me and get this… that I had mental issues and need to seek help. That’s rich coming from someone who from a business email would say something like that to a client. Never and I mean NEVER order from these imbeciles. They’re rude, unprofessional, unkind, liars, and incompetent. Save your time and your money. Also to note: if you scroll down through these reviews they have called people idiots as well as catching attitudes with SEVERAL customers. These are CUSTOMERS who spent THEIR hard earned money with YOUR “company.” I have never in my life been so flabbergasted by the lack of professionalism from a company. Do better is an understatement. Honestly just do yourself a favor and shut it down if that’s how you’re going treat people because of an error on your part. Just a heads up, a company error is a company responsibility, not a customer one.
I don't know what mentally unstable guy is behind the customer service but he need to be locked up. Call them to get skates exchange because one skate didn't come with insoles and they are acting like it will cost them an arm and a leg to send a return label. I went back and forth with guy and left me a disgusting email.
I have never given a 1 star review. I can't even attest to quality because they couldn't be tried. I ordered skates for my granddaughter. The name suggests USA so I trusted them. I ordered the wrong size and tried to contact them through every avenue to exchange...no response. I DID find return instructions; returns to DENMARK and shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender ( in CAPS). Upon research it turns out shipping to Denmark would be up to $100. Now I am stuck with $150 skates I can't use AND now I have to buy another pair elsewhere. Not to mention a disappointed 13 year old . Buyer Beware : (.
Always speedy shipping and item as described. I've never had a issue with this company and have ordered a couple times I always get a notification of purchase followed by tracking. People need to keep in mind this is not a corporate or major retailer regular people trying to make money.
