What's wrong with the item? Apart from being overpriced, nothing is wrong per se. The reason for the 1 star? They use a budget courier for shipping. It's typical for a so-called 'high-end' company to overcharge for a product and then use the cheapest shipping option. Look into the fact that the government has had to intervene because of this courier's poor service.
I ordered three items, two were correct, but an iPhone case was sent incorrectly. I've emailed three times and received an initial response saying they were looking into it, but no follow-up. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and wouldn't recommend this service again.
I'm very disappointed. I placed an order on the 2nd of December. My payment went through, but I haven’t received any updates. I've ordered from this service before without issues. I reached out to inquire about my order on the 9th of December. I hope to get a response soon, as the lack of communication has deterred me from ordering again. I've requested a refund, but the service has been slow to respond. I really don’t recommend this service; they take your money without providing any assurance on delivery. Currently, I just want my money back. I've tried reaching out multiple times, even via messaging, but received no response. I eventually got my money back through PayPal after flagging it, as my requests for a refund were ignored.
