When the wrong phone cover was sent out by accident the company was most helpful. Priscilla was very polite and considerate offering to send a replacement eventually issuing a full refund to my bank after I'd ordered another one! Outstanding!
Ordered a phone case on 1st December as it was on sale. However, they’ve sent me the wrong case. I emailed them asking for the original case I ordered but have had nothing but an automated response saying they’ll review my situation and get back to me, but days later, still nothing.
I honestly can't remember the last time I left a negative review but I felt compelled today due to just how dreadful the customer service has been. If I am being completely honest I'm not actually convinced this is a real company, it appears legitimate on online but I think this may indeed be a scam.Placed an order online on the 28th November to be told it's been delayed, have contacted them on four different occasions to the same automated response. Have requested an update, have enquired about how to make a complaint and have requested a refund for an item that has never been received and no response.So I have no choice but to report them to trading standards, thankfully my father in law works for them so it makes the process a little easier but it's beside the point. So if anyone is reading this I would highly recommend to avoid, as I don't believe this a genuine company.
Ordered 2 iPhone cases that came to a total of £40. I received the confirmation email and noticed it was being sent with Evri.I knew immediately my item would not arrive and lo and behold my parcel “gets damaged beyond repair”I have no idea why companies keep using Evri.Absolutely waste of my time.
Order 27/11/25, parcel was supposed to be delivered 30th , has not arrived, Evri told me they were looking into it , however I have not been updated, contacted Skinnydip many times and they are not responding, I can’t even get them to send me their complaints policy
I accidentally received the incorrect phone case by mistake (it happens sometimes) and Lottie was so quick to get that resolved for me. She’s was polite and helpful and helped to turn what could have been a negative experience into a really positive one. Thank you!!!
