Missing items resolved quickly

I ordered two different iPhone 15 cases however I was sent the same one. After immediately contacting customer support I had incredible support from Lottie who immediately resolved my issue by resending the missing items, very appreciative of their support. This was my first time buying from Skinny Dip and I love the phone case I have received so far.
