I have purchased about 7 bags from P&P and love all their bags. I only had one bag that I had a problem with. The zipper broke right away and they sent a new one out right away. Customer service has never been an issue for me but that was when the company was new. I think this company has grown too fast with not enough people to help run it.

I don’t normally review because I don’t like giving bad reviews and I never think to give good reviews, but these reviews make me sad. I bought a bag and I had a problem with it 9 months later.(my fault) The customer service was exceptional! I had a new bag in a week. Because of the customer service and the quality of the bags I now have a number of different one, most recently a new backpack that is being shipped now. This is a wonderful company with amazing bags! Look past the reviews, look around these bags are everywhere!! I travel quite frequently with work and my kids sports and because I have one I notice everyone else that has them. I can’t get a weekend away without some asking and complimenting mine.

Great products, but poor customer service.

I appreciate the products and their styles. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I hope improvements are made, as this could be detrimental to the company. Responses are slow, and assistance with product, delivery, or ordering issues is lacking. It feels like they don't fully support their products to enhance quality.

Limited Support After Purchase

Caution: This company does not provide support for their products beyond 90 days after purchase. Like many others, I've had issues with my crossbody bag's zipper, which stopped working after about 8 months of regular use. The zipper split and won’t close. Additionally, the clasp on my wallet malfunctioned around the same time. I contacted customer service but was told nothing could be done since it was past the 90-day mark and was only offered a 25% discount on future purchases. If you want durable products, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Warning to Buyers

Warning to buyers! This company does not honor their products beyond 90 days post-purchase. Like many others, my crossbody bag's zipper broke after less than a year of normal use. The zipper split and won’t close. Around the same time, the clasp on my wallet also failed. I contacted customer service, but they only offered a 25% discount since it was past the 90-day mark. If you want something that lasts longer than 90 days, look elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Support

Terrible customer support! I ordered on December 5 and still haven’t received anything. The last update was on December 18, stating it was delayed, and I’ve received no further information. I’ve tried emailing and calling, but there's no response. Stay away from this company.
