The headphones are great, and the support even better. I had a problem with my headphones (a button stopped working) and Rhyan, from the customer experience team was able to sort out everything in less than 24h.
I own Method ANC 360 and they are amazing. I use them nearly every day, and the battery life is impressive. The active noise cancellation functions flawlessly, and the bass boost feature is quite enjoyable. I encountered some delivery issues to Croatia, but the support team was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience much better.
I placed an order for headphones on December 7th, and they still haven't been shipped. I haven't received any communication or compensation, despite the promise of delivery before Christmas. Very poor service. Update: They finally shipped it 15 days later, but no compensation was offered for the delays. The item still hasn't arrived. I will update this review once I receive the product or hear back from the seller. Update 2: They responded to my review with an automated message, which is frustrating.
