I can't believe I'm still waiting for a reply regarding my warranty claim for my son's earbuds. I shouldn't have to keep posting reviews to get a response.

Highly Disappointed

I ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my package. The worst part is the lack of updates on my order status for weeks. The customer service is terrible; the chat feature is useless, and I can't reach anyone who can help. I'm extremely frustrated and demand a full refund.

Order Not Shipped After Days of Waiting

I ordered a headset over seven business days ago, and nothing has progressed with my order since. There have been no shipping updates—just silence. I contacted their online chat three times, and the only response was that my order might ship next Monday. Absurdly, I was told to contact my bank for a refund if it doesn't ship. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from their store.

Pricing Concerns

I became interested after seeing their ads everywhere, and the style looked appealing. I found a workout bundle that included a specific product for 203 euros, which seemed reasonable. However, during their 'Black Friday' deals, that bundle is no longer available, and the two products are now more expensive with discounts than before. After discussing this with them, they offered a coupon, which was a professional response from their customer service.

Durable Headphones

I purchased these headphones four years ago. I've stepped on them, exposed them to rain, and even dropped them from the third floor onto concrete. They are incredibly durable and the best headphones I've ever owned.

I had some trouble with my order, but the customer service was great in solving the situation, I’m now waiting for the headphones to arrive, if this time they do, excellent service! And the headphones are simply spectacular, I tried ones from a friend of mine and they are incredible!!!

The headphones didn t work on the right…

The headphones didn t work on the right side after only 3 months but the warranty is 1 year. So I have returned the phones. At first Rhyan (Customer Service) gave me a coupon, but I just wanted my money back. This was accapted very fast. Thank you very much.
