Order Not Shipped After Days of Waiting

I ordered a headset over seven business days ago, and nothing has progressed with my order since. There have been no shipping updates—just silence. I contacted their online chat three times, and the only response was that my order might ship next Monday. Absurdly, I was told to contact my bank for a refund if it doesn't ship. The headphones didn t work on the right…

The headphones didn t work on the right side after only 3 months but the warranty is 1 year. So I have returned the phones. At first Rhyan (Customer Service) gave me a coupon, but I just wanted my money back. This was accapted very fast. Thank you very much.
