Simple ordering system, great response via email and phone.Equipment easy to setup, all preconfigured.Delivery experience not great with UPS, notifcation on tracking "incorrect address" when it was correct. took 2 goes of chasing up to arrange redelivery with UPS. then came straight away. could have had an explanation.overall great.Simon.

I have been impressed with the reactivity speed of the Skycards team. I have been using their services for at least 10 years now, and they have always responded quickly to any issues I may have had. The new stream services are very flexible, despite the very slight reduction in HD picture quality from the satellite viewing we were used to... I will try the UHD to compare. Skycards also offer competitive rates for the equipment, which is not to be sniffed at... Thanks go to their team. Regards Andrew

I spent a lot of time deliberating whether to order or not, the exchange rate sucked so made it seem expensive. But finally decided to order it. My equipment arrived a week later (might have arrived quicker, UPS got the package from UK to Canada in 3 days but took them longer to get it the final 50 miles) Nice thing was it worked right out of the box. I’ve only had Sky Stream for about a week but it just works and I’m loving it.Great having Sky sports again and to have some great UK entertainment to watch. Tom and the team have been awesome and very patient when I was trying to decide and answering all my questions and when I wanted a channel pack added, I just emailed them and it was done in a couple of hours and even on a Saturday. I will definitely add another review when I’ve had it a few months.But for now I’m impressed all round.
