Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. Delivery was within a week of ordering. When I had a problem with connectivity on one channel, my enquiry was answered immediately and so I was able to correct the problem straightaway.

Superb service

I have used Skycards for several years now and they have always been very good. On the odd occasions when I have had buffering, they have quickly moved me to an alternate server, and then back to reliable normality. Last year, I upgraded my router, and it was delivered the next day. I can thoroughly recommend them

New VPN Router

When my old router (also bought from Skycards.eu 10 years ago) came to the end of its life last November I ordered another new one from them. It arrived within a week of me ordering it, was simple to connect and works perfectly. The customer service and communications from Skycards.eu was excellent during the 10 years my old router was working which was what encouraged me to buy from them again.

Very clear and concise details of packages offered and their suitability for my location, Germany. Very simple, efficient and trustworthy online ordering process.VPN configured router was shipped overnight to Germany, very fast and via a reliable courier - UPS.Very clear and concise setup instructions included for fast setup.Excellent choice of UK Channels with no download hang. I honestly think these guys have the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.The service is great, and whenever I have an issue I send them an email and usually receive a response in minutes! And a solution too.I really can't rate them highly enough, if you are in the market for this kind of service I really recommend you give them a try.

Sky cards eu ARE GREAT , BUT prior to purchase make sure your home router has an ethernet port !

I have a place in the French alps,fed up with now non existent freeviewchannels and no reception in poor weather.Took the plunge with skycards eu and they were SO helpful on advice and questions and my router and stream box arrived within 3 days .What would be SO USEFUL and a really hepful tip for Skycard eu is to make clear on their site ,ahead of your purchase , that to set up, they will include an ethernet cable that you need to connect to your home router , BUT to check your own home router HAS an ethernet port . If so ,you are 100%ready to go. If not , as was in my instance ( and that i didnt know in advance a linking ethernet cable is required ) it would have avoided slight disappointment when receiving and finding this out for myself , and so couldnt set up their kit and get going straight away . I had a 3rd Gen Skylink router which has no port to connect the ethernet, had to call Skycards eu querying the issue , who were very heplful ,then had to find and buy a Skylink adaptor with a port for circa £20 and then it was 5 mins to set it all up.Now all done , i am delighted with how easy it all was it was so simple !!!!!

The service of skycard.eu is excellent

The service of skycard.eu is excellent but sky-tv on it's own is battling their own demons. If you are unlucky after some time, they will permanently deactivate your Skybox. (This happened to us just out of the blue). If this happens outside the warranty period you are out of luck and you need to replace your skybox and have to re-pay for it. The same can happen with your viewing card. This became so annoying after a while, we decided to just keep renting the VPN router but no longer remain a sky customer.
