Review Time
Like many of the other reviews. I placed an order that said would take 1-2 hours to be delivered”matched with a pro” and then delivered. To start I waited 4. After hearing nothing but we’re finding the “perfect pro” I sent a message only to be met with “we’re working on this.” After 5 and a half hours I began asking for a refund. I was told don’t refund as it will take 2 weeks to do. So again I waited. I was told the pro would be assigned shortly, and once he was we can schedule a time that works for me. 12 hours later not a single response. I understand delays but over 12x longer than what is supposed to be the time frame.
Ordered a service and even though the people in the chat will tell you it will be fast it wont be, you'll have to wait on a "PRO". Finally, you'll get matched and when you do you'll have to wait even more because the "PRO" is not ready.In my actual experience the "PRO" joined the chat, got some basic info, then said they would start it the next day, a few days pass of silence before the "PRO" says he needs to plan for an entire day because its a hard job. Fair enough I guess, well the following day rolls around and nothing still. Followed by more silence. Talked to chat who said they would expedite it and talk to the "PRO" or even switch to a different "PRO". None of which happened, eventually my patience ran out and I asked for a refund. Here's the kicker they then raised the price on the service I asked for and told me I would need to pay more ON A SERVICE THAT WAS ALREADY AGREED UPON AND PAID FOR. You've got to be kidding me.IT IS EASIER TO PULL TEETH THAN GET A REFUND.Prepare to file a dispute if anything goes wrog cause you won't get it from this "reputable" dealer. Please save your effort, time, account, anything from this company. They aren't worth it. They lack communication with you and within themselves it seems. They only want you're money and offer little to nothing in return. You can find better and they can do better.
