WOW, I must say that Jason was fantastic in the way he supported me in choosing a car when I needed to replace mine. He guided me through the range of cars that suited my budget and made sure that I was getting what what right for me. He listened to me and worked with me in a way that I did not feel any pressure, the whole process was done in a way to meet my needs, at an affordable price and I left with confidence that I had made the right decision to buy my car from Jason at Slaters. If no stars were an option that’s where this company would sit. Biggest jokers I've ever come across, they said they needed my car for ONE day to fix the USB ports in the car which had come broken upon purchase. FOUR DAYS LATER i’ve picked my car up, plot twist It’s still not fixed and my car is absolutely scruffy. Lies after lies this company tells and the lack of communication from anyone at the company is pathetic. Jason the “manager” needs to learn customer service skills and needs to learn to speak to his customers like people not pieces of crap. Reception staff are moody and condescending and don’t know there arse from their elbow. Horrendous company!!!!
Bought a new car recently and couldn't fault the service from the whole team, in particular Jason who was professional and efficient. I feel as if I was helped through my whole journey and I'm extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.
My MOT was due on my car and I contacted Slaters to see if I could be fitted in that day. The staff were extremely helpful and polite in particular Jason who went out his way by fitting me in that same morning! He made sure to keep me up to date as to when my car could be collected and even went the extra mile for it to also be cleaned! 10/10 for customer service and customer satisfaction, thank you Jason and the whole team!!
Take your money and time elsewhere! Most awful experience I’ve ever had with a garage, awful communication and not good quality cars!I bought my car 7months ago and had 2 sensors “fixed” with the warranty only to break down on the A1 and the ECU to be the real problem. I tried to email and call slaters to report my issue and radio silence from their end. Terrible customer service from their servicing team! Safe to say I bought a new car from a more trustworthy seller and got rid of the problem riddled car salters sold me.
Initial contact via James was excellent but car was mis-sold with excess mileage and warning lights on display.Followed by a devious and deceitful attempt to pass off a warranty without mentioning it was intended as compensation for their failures. I do not trust this company and would advise others to be very very cautious.
I purchased a car from them a month ago now and can't stress how good they were. The team was very friendly, patient and considerate, especially as it was my first car. John took care of everything, going through all the offers and details, and kept in communication while the car was getting ready. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
