I visited Slaters Motor Group to ask about having some chassis welding repairs carried out on my car.The members of staff I spoke to were rather offhandish, and after being redirected through three different departments at three separate locations respectively, I finally arrived at the "correct" department only to be told that they "do not do that kind of work" and was promptly dismissed.Yet, the company website clearly states that; "If you need vehicle welding in Sunderland, then look no further than Slaters Motor Group. We offer a competitively priced vehicle welding service including panel repairs and chassis welding, all carried out to the highest standards by our team of experienced technicians."I am not sure what to make of my experience with this company, but let it suffice to say that I do not think I will be going back there again.
Car cowboys of Sunderland take your money else where and buy from a decent garage.. as stated from previous responses no reply back from these.. bent mot doesn’t do jobs when supposed to do and tells you lies.. don’t be fooled by rac logo that’s just a smoke screen..they use to get people to buy from them ..
I’m always dubious about car salesmen. Worried I’ll get some hidden problem or ripped off. Very fair. They gave me a very fair price for my part x meaning that my new car only cost me £100 a month. And believe me, it’s that top spec it can do everything except drive itself. Pleasant to deal with and very fair negotiations as well as a flexible and trusting approach. (I lost my log book) but I got my car and on trust they waiting for my replacement to arrive. EXCEPTIONAL
