Poor service after purchase

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Once payment is made, if there’s an issue with the order, the service becomes almost impossible to navigate. No one seems to know how to help, and I end up repeating my situation to multiple representatives, with no resolution in sight. It feels as though once they have your money, you’re left to fend for yourself. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Unpleasant pricing and service experience

I encountered misleading prices, a subpar mattress, and poor customer service. The commercials are also quite annoying. I will not spend any more money at this company.

Disappointing pillow purchase

I bought a pillow that was too large and caused me terrible sleep. They refused to accept a return. I wasted $100 on a pillow I can't use. I will not purchase pillows from this company again.

Great experiences with customer service

I’ve had wonderful experiences with this company! I first bought a mattress in 2015, which served me well for 10 years. This year, I returned for a new one and purchased a plush mattress. It felt too soft, so I switched back to a medium firm with the help of a friendly and attentive representative. He made sure I was satisfied with my choice, and I had no issues. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service.

Misleading mattress experience and no return policy

I bought a mattress for my mom four weeks ago after careful consideration during two store visits. However, the delivered mattress was nothing like the one she tried—it was extremely firm. When we sought an exchange, the store claimed every mattress feels firmer upon delivery and that the buyer must 'break it in.' This is unacceptable for someone with existing back issues. They refuse returns and only offer exchanges, which is frustrating since my mom shouldn't have to endure pain to break in a mattress. Additionally, after a 'break-in' period, the mattress might sag more, making the warranty ineffective. My mom is out $1360, suffering from back pain, and has no mattress.

BUYER BEWARE !

BUYER BEWARE !! After five years the sleep country base vibrators failed . The screws holding motors must be in fabric , backed out motor flipped upside down and damaged mattress. We have 10 yr warranty on both mattress and base. Then technician hard to come by. Was told theres guidelines on how to use a mattress... im guessing sleeping on it is not one !!! 10k for beds and good time to find out about not getting warranty when had another 7500$ order placed. So obviously canceled said order . Sleep country can go after the base company to get there money . Im sure the millions of dollars they spend they can hold them accountable. A little lock tight make it a bolt with lock washer , even nylon locking nut could help with future manufacturing. Unbelievable customer service if warranty not given than give us our extended warranty money. CROOKED IS WHAT THIS IS !!! AGAIN BUYER BEWARE !!!

Terrible delivery experience

The delivery process was awful. I received a text with a time window, but when I called for an update, I was given vague answers. After waiting beyond the expected time, it became clear that customer service was unhelpful. I need to purchase more beds soon, but none will be from this company.

NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER. DO NOT PURCHASE.This was, unfortunately, a horrible experience from top to bottom. I originally ordered from Sleep Country because of their quick delivery date and turnaround time (which of course was a LIE). I was just moving to Vancouver and the delivery date was the same day I was supposed to move in. When I was told the delivery was delayed by a day or two, I spent the first few nights in a hotel nearby willingly. Unfortunately after 5 days and hotel costs which EXCEEDED the price of the mattress, I purchased another mattress from a local shop.The mattress from Sleep Country never arrived. When I spoke to support, they offered me a $300 giftcard at Sleep Country for the "delays." I run a business and company myself and am extremely disappointed as to how this was handled.By the way, the entire time while this was happening, I had influenza and was sick in hotel rooms. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BUY FROM SLEEP COUNTRY. GO LOCAL, SHOP ELSEWHERE PLEASE.

Bamboo Nights used to be amazing…

Bamboo Nights used to be amazing sheets. Now they are not. Sleepcountry was useless when I asked why they were selling poor quality sheets at $300 a set. They said it was a manufacturing issue. No, it is a service issue.
