I do not recommend you buy a bed from sleep Country at all. I have been getting the runaround from them. They don’t stand behind their guarantee at all terrible once I got your money they don’t truly care. I’ve been lied to. They don’t answer your phone calls. They don’t do anything to resolve the issue. they say a manager will call you three weeks later. I still haven’t heard from my manager so worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m very unhappy with a bad I bought and they won’t return it. It says it’s a 30 day guarantee sleep comfort they don’t follow that at all. They make 1 million excuses up don’t buy a bed from this company. You’ll be so sorry and regretful. I’ve been nothing but screwed around. I spent $1100 in a bad I can’t even sleep on and they don’t care I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was going to buy two more beds for my home but it won’t be from sleep Country that’s for sure. They suck big time and don’t care.
I bought a bed and electric frame and 2 pillows.I returned the pillows sept 5th 2025And they still haven’t returned my $657 they keep playing games sending the check to the store then saying they canceled it and sent it to home address deposit the check they canceled it so it bounced! Absolutely ridiculous over 3 mths and still no refund meanwhile they have both dam pillows.Stealing money and scamming people!They sold me a mattress telling me it was for a electric frame so bought the frame and not even 3 mths and the side of mattress broke sagging out!100 wasnt a mattress for an electric frame they lied to up sale and lied about needing an electric frame for the mattress!They have come an took the mattress telling me a check would be sent but again liessss and now owe my almost $4000STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!I will be filing a complaint with BBB and if need to i will be taking them to small claims court!Also will be contacting Anne Drewa from global news she loves to do stories like this and call out the company and warn people about their scams and stealing from ppl so they can benefit from the money sitting in there account!!They have caused me so much stress it honestly triggered my autoimmune disease.-I have Graves’ disease -Degenerative disc disease -Bone deterioration 3 bulging disc in my neck-L5 is bone on bone-Both shoulder bone on bone rupture bursa sac,and bursitis -Mid back fracture -Multiple kinds of arthritis in my neck, back, both hips, both knees-A detached collarbone on the right -Both hips arthritis and bursitis -Fibromyalgia -muscle weakness I will be getting my doctor to write up my health issues that I specifically told them before buying the crapy mattress They ignored my health issues selling me garbage STAY AWAY FROM SLEEP COUNTRY If they think i will not do everything including going to the global newsThey will lose alottttt of businesses and i also will be telling anne drewa from global news to check out the horrible reviews of sleep country scamming ALOTTTT of people!!The word will get it!I have all the emails from the manager i have the receipts , recording of returning the pillows at the store and the guy telling me i would have the check im 5 days for the pillows over 3 mths and still waiting for my $657 for 2 pillows return unopened!!!The mattress was picked up over a wk ago (just short of 3 mths ) and still getting the run around when i will get my check for mattress and the check for dam pillows returned sept 6th 2025!!!!!Karma is a good one an i guarantee this will be on the news an if i have to take to small claims court to sue for my money i certainly will!I didnt just GIVE you assh0l$ my money!Stealing and scamming Trust me i also dont mind going around edmonton to each sleep country and sit there warning people about being scammed! What are your going to do call the COPS??!! Please do because your company stole my money and i have proof of everything including recording of the shitty mattress , recording of returning the pillows , i kept everything and recorded because i figured they would be dirty lying thieves !!!
Our mattress is 4 years old! Last year started noticing body impressions. Submitted a warranty claim, but the indents were not deep enough, ours were .60 & they won't do anything under .75. This was without any body weight. So nothing was resolved. Didn't matter that the mattress is so uncomfortable that it disturbs our sleep. I can feel myself trying to roll out of the dip while trying to sleep & get comfortable.The mattress is NOT old, has been cared for and is the biggest waste of money! And it was A LOT of money! I was told to submit another warranty claim when it got worse!
We spoke to a representative in Oakville, about replacing our mattress. We were promised that we could replace the mattress and boxspring with a new mattress and a platform and that the platform would fit inside the rails. We wanted to keep the rails because we wanted to have a headboard and a footboard. On delivery, it was very clear that the platform would not fit inside the parameters of the railing and the headboard and footboard. They promised to fix the situation and they failed miserably and we were not able to return the mattress or the footboard. Worst $5000 we ever spent
