Received my bed today. It is gorgeous and looks great. Customer service was brillaint throughout. The delivery and set up of bed was seamless and he took all the packaging away with the old bed.Nothing was too much trouble.Would highly recommend this company, just great
The guys are Sleep Village are amazing - after sales care is another level - even 2 years later! Bought my divan bed 2 years ago, and a month after the 2yrs, a piston popped. I called Sleep Village and without hesitation they offered to send a full set of replacements. There were issues with Royal Mail not wanting to ship a product with compressed air, resulting in delays in receiving them - due to no fault of the team at Sleep Village. In the end, Jay - the Senior Customer Service Advisor literally got in his car and delivered to my house at 10pm at night to ensure that I got them without any more delays. Above and Beyond!!! Thank you Jay!!
