AVOID AVOID AVOID

I really don’t know where to start with this absolute bunch of crooks. I opened an account to play a particular game I really enjoy, started playing and started winning. After verifying my account they were paying out but my gambling started to get out of control and I requested to close account. This is when things went bad. Despite multiple requests to the point of wanting to take my own life they avoided closing my account. Eventually they put a timeout on my account. Once they action this you have the ability to restrict your gambling and all the features you would have with any other gambling site. Unfortunately the lure of this game led me to create a new ID and start gambling again. It took a while to win anything but when I did I immediately requested a withdrawal. This was cancelled accusing me of creating a duplicate account my winnings were confiscated, whilst my original stake was returned all previous deposits were not. They are ignoring my emails and from what I can see the ‘duplicate’ account is still open, despite multiple requests. In summary they have no ethics, if you win something it’s 50/50 you will get your money, they don’t care about players they would happily encourage you to gamble thousands knowing full well you have a problem and ignore requests to close an account. AVOID please… manipulative crooks. UPDATE despite asking me to withdraw remaining funds so they could close my account they declined my withdrawal and closed the account anyway. They are now ignoring my emails and have ignored emails on the other account asking to close account. In short they are extremely manipulative especially with people that have gambling issues they are QUITE happy to let you open another account (even though it was disabled) take your money over and over again and when you do win you have no chance of seeing the money. The positive reviews on here are totally fake so advice is look at all the bad reviews take heed and AVOID
