I chose to deposit with one of Slotlord's advertised bonuses and, upon trying to play their selection of video slots, was very disappointed to discover how, because of those bonus funds, I was unable to play any of their regular games and, instead, was strictly limited to a relatively small selection of "instant-win" titles that are almost exclusively limited to "crash and win" games which, personally, I have absolutely no interest in playing.I hadn't played any of those funds, neither the deposit or the associated bonus and reached out to their support team in hopes of having that bonus exchanged for an alternative, non-restrictive, option instead and their support tech informed me they had no way of exchanging that bonus, even though it hadn't been used.With nearly every other online casino I use, their support staff will gladly exchange bonuses providing they haven't been used. It's unfortunate my first gaming experience with Slotlords went this way.I won't be returning.
