Stay far away from SlotLords. This has been the absolute worst online casino experience I’ve ever had.I requested a withdrawal over a week ago, and I still haven’t received my winnings. There’s been no update, no explanation – just silence. I’ve emailed their support team multiple times and got no response whatsoever.To make it worse, I asked them to close my account, and of course, they ignored that too. They clearly don’t care about responsible gambling or basic customer service.SlotLords is happy to take your money, but good luck getting it back if you win. **Update - support finally responded, after I sent an email threatening to post negative reviews on every site I could find. My account has finally been closed. I changed the stars to 3, because on my first day of play, I successfully withdrew $100 via interact. It showed up in my bank account the next day. But it is very difficult to actually get the slots to pay much of anything.**Terrible customer support! There is no option to speak with a live agent. There are no Responsible Gambling tools that allow you to limit or close your account. The best you can do is email Support, and be totally ignored.I told them I wanted a deposit limit on my account and never received a response. Now I have told them I want my account closed.
