While I had the service good. Trying to port my number away and 4 days with no response from customer service. I see others have said the same thing when it comes to porting, which is illegal. According to FCC regulations, carriers are required to process simple porting requests within one business day. I will be contacting FCC and encourage anyone who has this issue to do the same thing. Enough complaints, hopefully they will launch an investigation. Further, I attempted to call them, only to find that they do not offer a customer service phone number. I find it ironic, and frankly unacceptable, that a company selling phone services does not provide phone support.

I have been using SLYNUMBER for my personal and business communications, and the service has effectively been unusable for over a month.In mid-October the app started logging me out automatically every day, which caused me to miss an emergency call even though my phone and Wi-Fi were working normally. A few days later, all of my messages disappeared and I stopped receiving any new ones.Since then I have repeatedly contacted support, followed every instruction (log out/in, uninstall/reinstall, check notifications, send diagnostic files and screenshots), and sent multiple “ESCALATE” emails as requested. I have attached the same diagnostic file several times and clearly explained that no messages appear in the app even when notifications arrive.Despite this, I keep getting generic replies asking me to explain the issue again, which makes it clear that my previous messages and attachments are not being properly reviewed. As of mid-November, I still have no access to my message history and still cannot reliably receive new messages.Losing a month of communications and having such poor follow-through from support is unacceptable for a service that is supposed to handle phone and text communication. Based on my experience, I cannot rely on SLYNUMBER for anything important.
