I have been a user of Smallpdf tools for quite a while since 2022. Recently, I reported a technical issue pertaining to my access to Smallpdf. Customer support responded so swiftly and kindly that they were able to escalate and finally fix the issue within the day I needed it to be fixed. Smallpdf is not just about subscription and business, it also showed that they are there to help and assist users in case of problems. Smallpdf shows to us that the money that spent for this subscription is a great investment. Thanks to Shannen, Venus, and other members of the support team who helped me.
Excellent product for separating and/or splitting PDFs. I took out a monthly subscription to process the batch of PFFs I needed to process, and then cancelled the subscription without any drama. Support staff are very responsive and helpful.Will subscribe again when I need these features in the future. Highly recommended.
I’ve always been using Smallpdf since college whenever the tasks involve a PDF file. I had some problems with my account, and I emailed them on a Sunday. Even though I cancelled it on same day they said they won’t refund as I used the trail subscription 2 years ago, website front page clearly say reactivate now and can cancel any time, misleading. And the pro conversion is not accurate. I am going to complain through ombudsman
