This is a SCAM! Do not use this company!!!!

Immoral, shady, and underhanded practices. They do not provide refunds and use their website's contract to hide behind. I asked if they provided refunds and the representatives Shannen and Venus avoided my question each time I asked it and kept restating their website statement as if I was incapable of reading.Any reputable business would be able and willing to provide a refund especially when the customer requested it less than 24 hours after purchase. This is a not a company. These are not good people. This IS a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid and report them to everyone because they will try to steal and gatekeep your money too.

This site is the worst experience I’ve…

This site is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I tried their trial and then I didn’t realized that my trial ends 2 days ago because they never email me a notice about it. So they charged me $144.00 CAD for this site that I am not even using. I contacted them many times about this issue cuz I asked for a refund cuz I’m not using this site and just want my money back I even asked them just charged me for this month give me the rest of my money but they never give my money back. I don’t recommend this site guys!! This is the worst experience ever. They took my money for nothing! I had to contact my bank about it to dispute the money that they charged on me.

I miss canceling the subscription by two days. I was forced to still pay the full month. I was told basically too bad, so sad, you missed the cut off date. I would not recommend them.

I do not advise anyone to use this service.

I thought that I would use their service, but Adobe Acrobat turned out to be preferable for me. I decided to try a trial period, used the service for 10 minutes and realized that it was not suitable for me, I forgot to cancel the subscription and on the 7th day I was charged 90 euros, I wrote to the support service that the service was not suitable for me and I did not even use it during the trial period, to which they replied that I had read their rules and agreed it! I will contact the bank for a refund, I do not advise anyone to use this service.

I accidentally started a subscription…

I accidentally started a subscription and was charged a high amount. I contacted the customer service team, they understood my issue and gave me a full refund. Fantastic service and I will return for any PDF needs.
