Delivered the wrong car at 11:20

Delivered the wrong car at 11:20 , was supposed to. be 11:00. I was in a hurry so had to take it so i didn't miss my appointment, the sat nav and car play both did not work, had to drive using my mobile phone (illegally) to go not far thankfully. Said they would swap it, it is 21:00 and i am STILL WAITING on a new car. The original car, a small one that i booked. Customer Service is an absolute JOKE! They DO NOT CARE! Noone has any sense of urgency.. and left me waiting ALL DAY! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Do not rent a car from them, they never return the deposit. They NEVER RESPOND YOU, I WENT THERE OFFICE WITH POLICE. THEY ALL WERE GONE. THIS IS SUCH A BULLSHIT COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN.
