Purchased cleaner for my porcelain patio. Order processed on time and delivery was in- line with expectations. The performance of the cleaner was however disappointing. I used the cleaner on one half of the patio in- line with the instructions. I then used my power washer to remove the dirt. Rather than mix up new cleaner I just used my power washer on the second half of the patio with the intention of doing a proper clean the next day. When I inspected the patio the next day I could not see a difference between the half I used the cleaner on and the half I used the power washer. In my application the cleaner offered no advantage at all. My recommendation would be to use a power washer before you purchase this cleaner to make sure you actually need it. It’s not a cheap option, very disappointing.
After receiving a sample of tile restore,the plastic pot had been damaged and had leaked out. I contacted the company and spoke to Keiran, who was very kind and is replacing the damaged item with another one. The customer care and communication received from Keiran was brilliant. Would buy from this company again. Highly recommended.

My charcoal grey drive was now a shabby silver white. I was about to order Sealer, colour and anti slip before seeking advice from George at Smartseal. After sending a couple of photos to George he suggested that it would be a good idea to try Smartseal Repair Fluid. He also referred me to online videos.That advice has proved beneficial and very cost effective. The product looks ideal. I will order 15 litres of Smartseal Repair Fluid which Geoge told me I could apply with a broom. A great product and exceptional friendly customer service back up. Many thanks for your advice and support. I'll be back to order in the dry weather.
