Pity they are not supplied with bulbs because in my opinion the bulbs are the magical part.
I have purchased rechargeable bulbs from Amazon at a third of the price that Pridola charges.
I have had the worst experience with Pridola Design. It has been nearly two months, and I still have not received the items I purchased or a refund.
I was told that my package was not delivered due to an “incorrect address.” However, I was then instructed to contact the carrier company myself. The carrier does not respond to emails or phone calls, and despite this, Pridola Design has refused to issue a refund.
After multiple attempts to resolve this directly, I have now been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I do not recommend purchasing from this website based on my experience.
Caution: Do NOT provide your credit card details! I purchased some sconces, and they charged me for a magazine subscription that I never requested. I'm being billed $10 monthly for this magazine that I neither ordered nor received!
Extremely frustrating experience. I placed my order on 4/12 with premium tracked delivery, which was denied despite my order clearly indicating it, and the package did not arrive until 30/12. While delays can occur, the main issue was the lack of communication. From the moment I ordered, they mentioned a “shipping problem” but failed to provide a clear or accurate delivery timeframe. I asked multiple times to cancel the order and sought a refund due to the uncertainty and lengthy delay, but these requests were ignored. The company only addressed the refund after the order was delivered, stating that since I received it, a refund was no longer an option. The item itself was satisfactory, but by then, the whole experience had left a bad impression. Clear communication about delays or respecting my cancellation request could have made a difference. I won't be ordering again and would recommend others to proceed with caution.
My experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against ordering directly from the website. If you really need to make a purchase, consider using a larger platform where customer support is more reliable. I placed an order and quickly noticed that the items did not include the necessary components, unlike what is offered elsewhere. I requested to cancel my order just a minute after it was placed, but it took them days to respond, and they refused to cancel or refund my purchase. The product never even shipped.
The design and installation process were incredibly user-friendly, and the product is beautiful! I valued the updates from the service about the product's status during customs and shipping delays; kudos to the support team!
Like others have mentioned, I found myself "automatically" enrolled in a monthly magazine subscription for $9.99. Even after opting out of the "Free Gift of their magazine", it reappears at checkout. This feels quite deceptive since it initially claims to be FREE with no charges. Very disappointing! I purchased two wall sconces, but I believe they are overpriced for the quality. One of the remote controls doesn't turn the light off. I reached out to the support team, but they never responded. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
In my experience, this company has been one of the most frustrating and untrustworthy I have ever encountered. Their customer service tactics felt evasive and, frankly, unreliable. When issues arose with my order, such as faulty and damaged items, I was met with a complete refusal to issue a refund - despite what I believe are my rights as outlined in the relevant consumer protection laws. What makes matters worse is their so-called “special offer” pricing structure, which seems highly questionable; so buyer beware! Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think very carefully before spending your money. Unless you’re prepared to potentially lose it, I would recommend avoiding this company altogether.
I placed an order for these lamps on 24/11/25, and like many others, I was unaware that the bulbs needed to be purchased separately. I quickly sent an email within 30 minutes to cancel my order but received no response. Additionally, I didn’t realize that the company operates outside of the UK. Although I haven't received my order yet, the payment was processed immediately. Now I’m stuck with these lamps, hoping to find compatible bulbs, as returning them seems like it would be very costly, and I'm uncertain about getting a refund. Potential buyers should be cautious; I cannot recommend this company.
