This is the first time I’ve bought products from Smartseal. I carried out my research including viewing Smartseals videos (presented by founder and owner) and consequently felt confident that the products were the right choice for our needs. I called to order and spoke to Reece whose professionalism was first class. The delivery service was extremely prompt with the products delivered in first class condition. Next step is to carry out the work! Further review to come. My experience to now has been first class.
I haven’t used the patio cleaner yet but easy to order and arrived very quickly as always. I would like to say the driver was so courteous and as I am on my own he put them in the garage for me as I had ordered three and the parcel was quite heavy I think his name was Clive
I wanted to re-order the same Tarmac Rejuvenator as I ordered 2 years ago, when I phoned up Reece answered and I couldn’t have got a better person, he was so polite and helpful, he went into my history to find the colour I last used, I also ordered the same moss killer I used two years ago as well, he gave me a good price and emailed me straight away with the receipt. Fantastic company to deal with.👍
