Good selection of snacks although would like to see more African or Asian. I stopped the subscription but good value for money. Only 4 stars as there was a delay in stopping the subscription.

I love trying new snacks

I love trying new snacks from around the world, I did have an issue once when a box didn't arrive but customer service was amazing and dealt with my complaint very quickly. You will not be disappointed or ding from them! I got my Thailand box yesterday 16/07 and it's amazing so many nice things to try.

I have yet to receive mine

I ordered the Japan snack box under the promotion that you get a free labubu at the end of June. On the email it states it will be sent the first week of June as I ordered after the 20th, it is now approaching a month on and still no box. I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago now and they advised they hadn’t anticipated the popularity of the labubus so shipping could be delayed by a few days and that they can ship throughout the month so I have no idea when this will actually arrive. On top of that they have advertised multiple boxes since then with free labubus yet they can’t keep up with the demand for when they advertised it in June. Update: Be wary my review got reported for not being genuine and I guarantee it’s due to it being negative so they are trying to get rid of the bad ones, but I sent all the evidence in so it’s staying. The second box I received came on time but the point is the first one took so long to come it was almost a month after I ordered it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I signed up for the 3 month subscription 2nd July with a promise of a free Labubu with the 1st box which came by end of July but no Labubu inside! 2nd payment went out for Aug but it didnt come til nearly end Sept! 3rd payment went out beginning of Sept for the Sept box and that didnt arrive til mid Oct! Even once that 3 month subscription ended they have still been trying to take money from my account... luckily I put in a dispute with the bank for 2nd payment mid Sept as snackpilot were not delivering the service they promise, after 3rd payment i did another dispute and the bank blocked any further payments and also managed to get them to refund 2 payments! Nothing but a scam, the boxes arnt worth nowhere near what they charge.
