Review Time
I don't really have anything to say about it i have one thing that i think would make it better and that is to try and get the package out faster and delivered faster cause it taking and tired month is a little too long but otherwise is the snacks were Tasty as hack there was a White reviarty and the fact this time cheap makes it even tastyer
I bought a three-month subscription and thought it was actually three months. No, after that, it continued. So I cancelled it (which wasn't easy to figure out how to do), and then I found out I was automatically renewed for three months more. So now I have to pay for six months for this.
Half of the boxes are never delivered, because they use DHL. I had contacted support which was unhelpful and rude. However after posting the review here, they did reach out and I received 2 boxes to compensate for the missed deliveries. Appreciate the gesture and will update my review to reflect this as requested. Overall delivery will still be unreliable (DHL issue but their choice to use DHL), standard support unhelpful, content of the boxes underwhelming (lots of gummies that are pretty much the same regardless of the country) and their business practices are shady at best. (automatic renewals that aren't clearly communicated and extremely difficult to cancel)
The first box i ordered was delayd and i had to write to support and ask them where it was and they told me it was delayd and that they would sent it as soon as possible. I ordered it for a christmas present but it was delayd which was sad but it is what it is i guess and it arrived in late januari and then the next box also had trouble.. never got a tracking number and so on... i wrote to support and they got me a tracking number and everything seemed to work but next month the same happened. seems to be problem with their logistics is my guess but everything arrived but to have to write to support everytime is abit of a hazzle... i got some compensation which was nice. but if they can sort out the logistics trouble and to get tracking number in time everything should work out fine for them... i hope they sort their stuff out.box and content inside was alright.sometimes i've got 2 of the same items which i'd rather not have.so far i'd give a 4 star rating... and that is thats to the nice support staff they have!logistics in time, tracking numbers and that part could be improved!i can recommend to try if you have an interest of candys you can not get in your home country. ( Japan box was my try )
UPDATEI have since received communication from snackpilot and a huge apology for the issues that I had experienced, the team were more than happy to send out a replacement USA box free of charge which I received quickly and was full of great products. This has been a great show of customer service and a company happy to make up for mistakes, I will be looking at going back to them and given the team a second chance.———————————————————If I could give 0 starts I would, avoid this company unless you fancy boxes not turning up or spending a long time chasing to find out where the previous months boxes or even feee boxes are.We signed up to a 3 month japan box with a free extra box on our first month, this failed to turn up so had to chase and was finally sent but took over a week to arrive. We then have been waiting for our Jan box with still no ETA and about to be billed for our final box. Spent hours via messager and emails to get no real update, I can’t wait to be done with this company as the worst I have had to deal with for the process they charge. Time to go back to snack verse at least you got different products and delivered on time
