I’m disappointed! I signed up for three months; the first box was acceptable, but I didn’t receive the promised item like others did. It’s been six weeks since the last box was due, citing 'delays.' There have been no updates whatsoever. I am really let down and won’t renew my subscription.
I signed up for the three-month subscription for Japan for two reasons: I plan to visit Japan next year and the offer included a free Labubu. The first two boxes arrived without issues and contained some interesting snacks. However, one item was past its expiration date, which was disappointing. I’m now waiting for the final box, hoping the Labubu will be included. If it doesn’t arrive, I will cancel my subscription.
I haven’t received all of my boxes. Initially, they were helpful with simple queries, but now that I’ve requested a refund and cancellation, they’ve stopped responding. One month’s subscription wasn’t even in the expected box; it was just thrown in a cardboard box for shipping. I would not recommend this service.
I just received my second box from the three-month subscription. From the start, I recognized the company was facing challenges. The first box arrived significantly late and in a plain cardboard box instead of the colorful one advertised, and some snacks were crumbled during shipping. The Labubu wasn’t in the first box as promised, but they did send a notice that I would receive it within 30 days. Despite the negative reviews and the issues with the first box, I decided to remain patient. Today, my second box arrived—late, but it was in a lovely branded box that I plan to keep, and the Labubu was included, just as promised. The snacks are delicious—I've never seen these kinds before, this time from Greece. I’m satisfied, thank you. However, I’m deducting one star due to the first box.
Delivery takes a month! I can find some products in local stores as well; I’m very disappointed with this service. You can find much better and quicker deals elsewhere. I paid for the last box on October 12th, and as of November 6th, I still haven't received any confirmation about its arrival. Keep in mind it takes up to two weeks after confirmation to arrive. I won’t use this service again.
Avoid placing orders. I bought a three-month subscription, but they kept charging me afterward and claimed I need to cancel to stop further charges. They charged me for the third box on October 3rd, which still hasn’t arrived, and charged for the fourth one on November 3rd, which is also missing. It feels like a scam.
Avoid! I ordered 3 boxes for family and friends birthdays back in August. The deliveries took forever and none of them contained the Lalubus which was part of the reason I ordered it in the first place. I'm now months into emails asking when they will deliver the labubus and they refuse to cancel the service despite me being unhappy with it from the start... I'm looking into reporting it to the European Consumer Centre UK.
I signed up for SnackPilot, paid, and never received any order. The customer service repeatedly lied, offering contradictory excuses (“snacks aren’t here,” “parcel is stuck,” etc.). Every time I contacted them, the story changed—proving their responses are dishonest and evasive. After my experience, I investigated the company and found:SnackPilot is run by ECT GmbH (CHE-260.959.568), registered in Zug, Switzerland. The official directors are Fadi Siouri and Jousef Siouri—both German nationals. These names appear in Swiss business records but have no legitimate online presence beyond company-controlled mentions. There are no real LinkedIn profiles, press interviews, or other evidence that the CEO or supposed “team” even exists outside their own website and marketing materials.Their “About Us” page lists only Fadi (CEO), Rex (Software Engineer), and Tabea (Operations Head)—again, no public profiles or verifiable bios anywhere outside the SnackPilot website. The company’s registered address—Poststrasse 30, 6300 Zug, Switzerland—is a shared office building used by many unrelated shell entities and is not visibly marked with any SnackPilot branding or listings.Independent checks reveal no sign of SnackPilot or ECT GmbH operating from this building in reality. Swiss business directories cross-check and confirm there’s no public-facing evidence of SnackPilot running a legitimate business at this address.Scam allegations are widespread across review platforms: victims describe non-delivery, impossible cancellation, hostile threats if they try to stop payments, and aggressive misleading adverts. Many report being “locked in” to long-term subscriptions after innocent sign-ups.I have reported the company to Swiss authorities and ActionFraud UK. If you’ve been affected, chargeback your payment immediately and file a complaint with the authorities.AVOID SnackPilot at all costs. The evidence is overwhelming—they are not a legitimate operator.
