STAY CLEAR DO NOT ORDER

Ordered the 3 month subscription with labubu. Took a while for the first box which I accepted as I ordered late in the month. Box finally arrived and no labubu. This was a surprise for my son for his birthday. We are now waiting on our second box. Payment taken but no box delivered, soon they will be taking for the 3rd month when we don't have our second; They said the labubu wil come desperate still no labubu so we contacted them and they said it will come in the 2nd box. Changed their mind? Absolute nightmare to get hold of. I will be contacting my bank for a full refund. Should of paid through PayPal as I could of done a claim.

Awful..

Awful... Box from last month not arrived. Utter pain to try and sort it... Told multiple times it will be sent out in a few days. Has been weeks, would not recommend at all

Japanese snacks

Ordered 10 September 2025. Only just got my first box. 14 November. with labubu toy in. Great snacks loads. However I have now got a allergy to soy, soya and soya bean's. So can no longer eat most the snacks in the box. Contacted them to say we can't do anythink about that. Just look at the ingredients before eatting it. But like I said most of the box has this ingredients in. I did sub to 12 month boxes. I have cancelled but this won't be done until the year is up.
