False advertising. I placed an order only for the free Labubu advertised as coming in the first box, as my daughter would love one. The order has now been dispatched, but only for the snackbox. The Labubus are on backorder. They have massively oversold them and have continued to accept orders for them despite knowing they cannot currently fulfil the orders. They also continue to advertise them as available. Most misleading of all, the adverts always claim the offer is for 24 hours only, which is a blatant lie. Avoid this company like the plague. You won't get what you've ordered.
Cheap and fun to experience snacks from other countries. There's a great surprise factor in not knowing what you'll get till it's here.Though I hope for the future they make it so you have the option to cancel prior to your subscription ends, not that I plan to though.
I loved the booklet you get that tells you fun facts about the place where the snacks are from, and I love how it tells you what each snack is. I think what could've been better was the kinds of snacks. I think it would be great if there was a surveys asking people if they prefer sweet, savoury, or salty - whatever they choose for example sweet, they would receive sweet things from the different places. But overall I enjoyed my experience with snackpilot and would definitely recommend it to my friends
Terms and conditions are not clear. It says you can cancel anytime - and you can - but the subscription will only be considered canceled after its period ends. I stupidly subscribed for 12 months expecting I could cancel it in case the snacks weren't what I was expecting. They're okay, but not amazing and in my opinion not worth the money. Decided to end the pricey snack subscription only to find I have to keep paying for the whole 12 months anyway!Sounds like a scam? Yup, to me too so please be very careful before you subscribe to anything in this website.EDIT: They flagged my comment to try and delete it.It's been a month since they charged me for May's box but they still haven't shipped it. Their support team - that by the way use obvious fake names such as "Maria" and "Fernanda" with no last name - say it's a delay and even though they aren't fulfilling their part of the contract they won't cancel it and give me no prediction or estimation of when they will ship the box they already retrieved payment for.
Do not order from Snackpilot, their customer service is useless and the website is broken.It will keep charging you over and over, money greed company.I've canceled my subscription back in March and sent them an e-mail, yet I'm still fighting for my rights and being charged for this bullshit. Going to sue them if they do not comply soon.
The boxes took quite some time to arrive, but even if they were delayed, it still felt worth the wait. The boxes were nicely packed and had great attention to detail. They came with around 10+ snacks each, but a snack guide were included, where I could read about every item. Also it came with a postcard to my surprise! That the boxes took while to get delivered, made me suspicious. But so far so good. Even if it does keep being delayed each month like this, I don't mind too much, as long as I get what I paid for. 4/5 would recommend
