Do not buy from this company, I ordered Ugg’s in November 2025, my money was taken straight away, and nothing has arrived yet (January 27th). There is no recourse to chase or claim a refund, I am kicking myself for being so stupid as not to check this fake company first….absolute charlatans.

Yeah I have also been scammed by this site.Not the genuine Kaysband web site. This scammer has hijacked the site. You can tell as soon as you get tracker number. Where it states Reply To on the email address you will see a small ? Next to sites name.Click on this and it tells you reply address doesn’t match kaysband store.However I have been in contact with a Anissa Olovsson on this reply address ( emailed before I noticed the?) and who ever this is has promised on 3 occasions now that I will be getting my £80 refund for goods never received. My order was placed 14/11/25.DO NOT USE THIS SITE WITHOUT CHECKING ITS THE ORIGINAL SITE. they do not sell expensive goods at unbelievable low prices.I thought a pair of UGGs were a real bargin at £80.Turns out the scammer is £80 richer.
Ordered a pair of underpriced “HOKA”(NOT!) running shoes. After 2 weeks I chased up the tracking number (from China!) and it didn’t exist. I have sent 5 emails to the company and they have not responded. THIS IS A HOAXDO NOT USE THIS DUTCH REGISTERED SCAM-SHOP
Definitely a scam website! Payment taken and processed by kaysband LLC from your bank immediately. Tracking number by yun tracking does not move beyond processing. Ordered Ugg’s on the 10th november, nothing has arrived. I have informed Shop that they should take down this website as payment confirmed by shop on their app but it does not protect your payment.PLEASE DO NOT USE KAYSBAND their email is obviously is not legitimate,and if you try to contact by telephone it answers in Chinese. I have informed Kaysband in DENMARK that they need to take action if indeed they are a legitimate company!Go through your bank to claim refund. Shame on them 😡
