Everyone was very helpful in purchasing and the directions were very easy to follow in using the machine. I did call a few times about 10 months later to get help troubleshooting some issues but no one answered and no call back. That was disappointing but I figured out how to fix it myself. Other than that the company has been very reliable and the machine is running great, I would purchase again from this company.
I just bought an Ultrasonic 1300M cleaner when I was at PRI. I got to meet the owner/designer and told him I was looking for a cleaner I could use for cleaning carburetor parts. He suggested which unit I should and which solution to use to clean carburetors. I've used it 4 times now and it works awesome! Very happy with the results and highly recommend this company and their products.
Looked at purchasing one of their units for a couple years. Finally ordered one. Once it arrived, we set it up and realized it wasn't working correctly. Talked to customer support, we figured out we had a bad module more than likley due to shipping. They sent replacement part fast and had our machine up and running. Machine works great now and cleans extremely well.
