Unfortunately, I am a bit disappointed.
I ordered my underwear during the Black Friday sale, and I have now noticed that they already have holes in the seat area area.
Given the brand and the expected quality, I honestly would have expected them to last much longer.

Snocks is a great store for anyone who values quality and comfort. The products are well-made, durable, and very comfortable to wear. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was fast, and customer service was professional and helpful. I also appreciate the modern design and the clear, user-friendly website. Highly recommended — I will definitely shop here again!
My shipment was accidentally canceled, but the customer service team helped me immediately and was incredibly attentive the entire time. They refunded me and even allowed me to buy the product again with the same deal I had originally. Excellent service!
Very uncomfortable tights. Fit perfectly everywhere apart from behind the knees.Their returns policy is not clear. So be warned. Once tried on, you can't return. This is not called out on the product page and nothing on the packaging. You will have to go digging to find it. Not acceptable.I was offered discount for a different size or 10% refund. I refuse to spend more to try a different size that I also won't be able to return once tried on. How can one determine they are fit for purpose when purchasing online and unable to try on? I also bought BOGOF and offered to return the unopened pack but was told this was not possible. This goes against Consumer Rights. They could've at least offered a 50% refund then and resold. Overall, the customer service is awful. They don't care about the customer at all. I ended up disputing through my bank to receive my refund.They also delete negative reviews on their site, hence none below 4 stars. I should have spotted this huge red flag before purchasing! I have since reported to Trading Standards as they are in breech of Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.Beware. Do not purchase from this company! If you unfortunately have already, report them to Trading Standards.Update: Please ignore their comment. It adds zero value. It's just their public attempt at making them look like they care when they don't. Until they get shut down, they will continue to swindle customers.
My order was mixed up possibly because of the local post office and as a result I never received the product But snocks company arranged to send me again my order without any additional charge I am really very happy from their quick and generous response .
I ordered compression socks but wanted to return or exchange them because the size was too big. However, the company wouldn't allow me to do so. It feels like a total scam. I found the same stockings on Shein for just €2. Lesson learned: I lost €60. The socks ended up in a charity shop. It pained me that I had no chance to exchange them for a smaller size. I was told that I couldn't even exchange them because I had worn them. I didn't wear them, just tried one on; that's about all.
I ordered two packs of socks and two packs of underwear. I was convinced of the quality because of the advertising and the 6-month guarantee. Although I did think it was like whatever, since what underwear and socks wear out in 6 months anyway. Well, plot twist, these did. both the underwear and the socks. The socks had holes in the first month of wearing, and the underwear too. The elastic bands of the underwear also started sticking out of the fabric everywhere. I thought I may have got a bad batch, so I contacted customer service, which was great, and I got a replacement without any hustle, so that is great. However, the same thing happened again. I am simply not going to go through the replacement process every two months.I like the looks of the products, I like the minimalism, I like the customer service, but I would expect far far more from a European company, and at that price point.
