Everyone who faced the same issue of them claiming they have the item in stock. Then after the payment they say will wait 20 days to refund you. (policy that we weren't aware nor agreed to)
I ordered two lovely gifts for the Holidays with the assurance they'd arrive on time. The first one showed up after many interactions with the support team, which was quite reactive. The second item was still in Paris when Christmas arrived, but I was assured it would be delivered before New Year's. Unfortunately, the support team has been less responsive this time. I was informed that my chosen color was out of stock, so I picked another. On January 3rd, the order was finally processed for delivery, but now, 11 days later, I'm still waiting. My last two inquiries to the support team have gone unanswered. I might be being generous with my two stars, as the initial delivery went well, but the second one faced stock issues. While that can happen, better communication and assistance from the support team would be expected.
COMPLETE SCAM: UNRELIABLE REFUND PROCESS
I have yet to receive my full refund, and they continue to ignore my attempts to reach out. After persistently seeking a response for a month, I received a message from a so-called 'manager' on December 29, 2025, apologizing for the delay and assuring me that I would receive the refund that day. Again, on January 6, 2026, I was told I would get the outstanding amount, but as of January 13, I still have nothing. Despite my repeated calls and messages, I have not heard back. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company; they may appear legitimate on social media and their website, but it is nothing more than a complete scam.
I had a very unsatisfactory experience. Before placing my order, I confirmed that the item would arrive by December 22nd and proceeded based on that assurance. The delivery was delayed, and on December 29, I was contacted for delivery, which I had to refuse since it was past the agreed timeframe. If the company couldn't fulfill the order in time, they should have been honest before accepting it. It feels like the priority was securing the sale over providing quality service. This will be my last interaction with this company, and I won't recommend them to anyone.
