Non existent customer service. Delivery update deemed too big to deliver by every - it was a rucksack! Told to get in touch with snow and rock. Can't speak to anyone. On top of that the 'delivery' is two days late. I expect a lot more from Snow and Rock.
Rosie in SkiRosie helped me get fitted for a new pair of ski boots that I’m planning on using for this upcoming ski season. She was very knowledgeable and was extremely kind and patient with me during my appointment. If I, or someone I know ever need anything ski-related, I will always send them to Rosie. Was looking for a particular North Face bag and the North Face shop in Dublin did not have it and suggested I contact Snow and Rock. I called them, the chap was very helpful on phone, had the bag in stock and held on to it for me until I came in to see and explained everything about it in a very knowledgeable manner.
Great customer service for ski boot fitting at Trafford Park Snow Centre Manchester!We frequent snow+rock at Trafford Park regularly to window shop and staff are always friendly and polite. This week we booked to be fitted for ski boots. Shaun was extremely patient with myself and my partner and was able to make personal recommendations that would suit our feet, legs and ski ability. We were given a choice of brands and features and he nothing was to much trouble. Mark also helped Shaun with the custom insoles to save time. Both men were knowledgeable, helpful and supportive and made the experience fun. Thank you for all your help.
The vast majority of my reviews in Trust Pilot are very positive.Placed an order for 4 small items to collect at Covent Garden . On arrival I checked in with front desk & was sent downstairs to collect order . Downstairs I was given 2 parts or order and directed to 3rd floor to collect remainder . There I was given 3rd item & directed to ground floor to collect last item. Back at the front desk I asked for the 4th item and was met with a blank stare . I left without the item . Maybe the chap on the 3rd floor showed a little interest , otherwise I definitely felt I was interrupting everyone's day .The worst customer service I have endured for many a year Following my review I was contacted directly by Snow & Rock . Advised they were reviewing their store collection process & my feedback would be acted upon. To apologise for the inconvenience and try to restore some faith in the business I have been offered a nominal voucher ( it was only a small value order), you can donate it to charity. A reasonable response to my review .
Visited the Exeter store looking for running shoes. The staff were very helpful but they did not have the size I wanted. I was not local and they arranged free delivery to my home of the size I wanted. Unfortunately the shoes were a bit small so I ordered two more pairs in different sizes from their website. These arrived the next day. I found the right pair and returned the other two for a refund. Excellent service.
