Customer service was super nice and Will help you wherever they can! Took a little long and i dont need 10 reminders that my package is coming from China with al Chinees Words and directions like im buying from temu but….. overall nice!

Quick and helpful service!

I had an issue with billing, and the company was extremely quick to respond and assist me in resolving it, which I greatly appreciated. The fact that they are restocking jackets this late in the year is why I chose them, even if it won't arrive in time for Christmas; it will still be delivered promptly. I've had worse experiences with other companies that don’t restock their items after selling out.

AVOID THIS SCAM

Avoid this scam! The pants only fit a child and are of terrible quality. I returned them to exchange for a larger size, but they claimed it was too late for a refund. After a long argument, I received the same size pants again. This is unacceptable, and I will report this scam to the national fraud reporting center, which will collaborate with international authorities.

Terrible experience!

I ordered a ski suit on November 17th, and it hasn’t even shipped yet. They also don’t respond to emails. I really hoped to receive it before the new year, but now my snowboarding season is over for this year.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at this snowears.com, and I was impressed. The quality of their products is outstanding—durable, stylish, and clearly designed with comfort in mind. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely eager to help me find exactly what I needed. It's rare to find a shop that combines quality gear with such a warm and helpful team. Highly recommended!

Worries were mostly unfounded

My daughter found these jackets and sent through the details saying she’d checked all reviews and they were good. The order was placed on 23/11 When tracking the parcel 10 days later I could see it hadn’t left its origin in India!! I contacted the company and got a response within 24 hrs and was told this was a pre-order (I had not been aware of this) when I said I needed the order to reach me by 12th December they confirmed they would rush it through. The order was then dispatched on the 3rd December - it seemed to sit at the airport in India for 4 days (again all my emails were responded to within 24hrs) When the jacket did arrive it was a day later than promised, so the 13th rather than the 12th December. Having read the reviews and deciding the majority of the positive emails looked AI generated and the negative reviews were woefully scathing - I was supremely worried. I was very thankful to get our package almost on time (I had given them a date 6 days earlier than needed so all was good) The quality of the jacket is really good and I am very impressed for the cost. All in all not that bad an experience at all 😊

Leery at this point

Leery at this point. Ordered last week now item is backordered. Shipping label is from Chinese shipper (YunExpress). Thought I was buying from CA. Fingers crossed this arrives by Christmas and is of $250 quality (the cost of the jacket). Thinking that I should have just bought a Northface or Columbia at Dicks.
