I have a few words for Snowears. Despite being a well-known brand, your actions are utterly unethical. After I generated significant sales and earned commissions, you suddenly refused to pay and ignored all my inquiries.
It is incredibly frustrating to see a major brand act so unprofessionally. You are happy to take the traffic and sales we provide, but you disappear when it’s time to pay. Can success built on such dishonesty truly be sustainable? Or will karma eventually catch up with you? I hope you pray for a good life and try to set a better example for your children in the future.
I accidantly made the same order twich. it took me 5 minuts to realize it. I immidiatly tried to contact them, wrote 10 emails, none answered. My dredit card was charged already. I looked for a whatsapp number or a phone - but there is none. The company address is in Sacramento - but there is nothing in Sacramento, only in China. bad service, hope ill be able to return the package and get my money back, but would have been much nicer if thay would have answered me and cancelled it instead.

This is my favorite spot for snowboarding gear! 🥹 I own two sets and love them both. The designs are fantastic, the quality is top-notch, and they've lasted me through two seasons in Japan! Plus, the delivery has always been incredibly fast 🙏🏽.
After waiting nearly six weeks for my package, it finally arrived. The quality is terrible, with loose threads everywhere. I contacted the support team, but their customer service is lacking. They seem focused on profits rather than customer satisfaction. I mistakenly ordered snow pants in the wrong size, and I accept that it’s my fault. However, it’s frustrating when they take over four days to respond, and the return shipping costs nearly €70! I will never shop here again and would advise others to report them and stay away. (They also manipulate their reviews.)
I absolutely love the clothing! The material is incredibly comfortable! Their pants are perfect for that relaxed style, and the elastic waist with drawstrings is super convenient. They’re also really warm, which is essential for the cold snow. I would definitely recommend their clothing; I LOVE THEM!
